Gidense was founded by Bianca Lueb, an experienced Microsoft License Consultant:
- Over 10 years of experience as a licensing consultant, more than 7 of which have been international.
- Worked for large enterprise and global clients (100K+ FTEs) in the financial, telecom and tech sectors.
- Deep understanding of licensing programs, Cloud technology and pricing.
- Possess all the skills needed to turn complexity into insights.

- Establishing appropriate user profiles, taking into account actual requirements and commercial implications;
- Advising on compliance issues on the optimal use of usage rights and infrastructure changes to take advantage of already available licenses - leading to savings or cost avoidance;
- Providing annual statements and advice on costs related to your contracts, usage and shortfalls or surpluses;
- Instructing and raising awareness among all involved employees about important licensing requirements and costs. Working towards ongoing awareness and accountability, leading to control of software spend;
- Mitigating audit risks and claims;

Personal note:
Over the past few years I have supported a wide variety of clients with questions about their Microsoft licenses and with cost control of their Microsoft spend. I have experienced that support with annual mandatory reporting, purchasing of new technology but also advice on vendor driven changes to products, price or roadmap, result in significant savings and cost control. Gidense was born out of the ambition to support even more companies with the valuable knowledge and experience I have gained over the years.
